Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application published by COPYCRAWLER LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), or by using this website (together, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. For apps obtained from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where these Terms conflict with Apple's, Apple's terms control for App Store downloads. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date.

2. Description of the Services

• Videotokitchen (Video2Kitchen) extracts recipe information — ingredients, quantities, and step-by-step instructions — from publicly available cooking videos that you link to.
• StormScope presents observational, hyperlocal atmospheric conditions and trends for informational and educational purposes.
• CopyCrawler crawls, analyzes, and researches topics and sources, then generates research-backed script drafts with citations.

The Services are provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. By using them, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

4. License to Use the Apps

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps on an Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, as permitted by Apple's App Store Usage Rules. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by COPYCRAWLER LLC. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the apps or their content;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the apps;
• Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our written consent;
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Services.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Submit URLs or sources for content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights;
• Engage in unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts;
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code;
• Misrepresent content generated with CopyCrawler as independently verified fact, or use generated content to deceive, defame, or infringe the rights of others;
• Rely on StormScope as a substitute for official emergency information or warnings;
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

You are solely responsible for the URLs and sources you submit. By submitting a URL you represent that you have the right to access and process that content under applicable law and the originating platform's terms of service.

6. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including the logos, design, text, graphics, and software — are the exclusive property of COPYCRAWLER LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you create using the apps remains yours, subject to the rights of any third-party source material.

No video hosting or redistribution. Videotokitchen does not download, host, cache, or redistribute any third-party video. When you tap to view a source video, the app opens a link to the original platform (for example YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram) in that platform's app or your device browser. Playback occurs entirely on that platform under its own terms, advertising, and monetization rules. We receive no revenue from and exercise no control over that playback.

User-supplied links to publicly available content. Users submit URLs to videos that are publicly accessible on their original platforms. We do not circumvent paywalls, access controls, or geo-restrictions, and we do not source content from unauthorized or unlicensed repositories. You are responsible for ensuring the links you submit comply with the originating platform's terms.

Factual recipe derivations. Videotokitchen output consists of structured factual information — ingredient names, quantities, and procedural cooking steps — derived from publicly available video content. Factual compilations of this kind are not protectable creative expression under applicable copyright law. Each generated recipe includes a reference link back to the original source video, attributing the content to its creator. Creators retain all rights to their original footage, presentation, and creative expression.

7. In-App Purchases (Apple App Store)

Where an app offers in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions, the following terms apply in addition to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions:

• All in-app purchases are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. We are the seller of the digital content, but Apple acts as our agent for billing purposes.
• Prices are set in the App Store and may vary by region. Purchases are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). An auto-renewable subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
• Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. We have no control over and are not responsible for processing refunds.
• Apple is not responsible for the Services or any content therein. Maintenance and support for our apps is the sole responsibility of COPYCRAWLER LLC.
• Where Apple offers an introductory price or promotional offer, its availability and terms are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.

8. App-Specific Disclaimers

• Videotokitchen. Recipes are derived from third-party video content and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Accuracy depends on the source video and on automated interpretation. You are responsible for safe food handling, proper cooking temperatures, and checking allergens and dietary needs. The app does not provide medical or nutritional advice.
• StormScope. StormScope provides observational, hyperlocal atmospheric trends for informational and educational purposes only. It is not an emergency warning system and does not issue tornado warnings, sirens, or emergency alerts of any kind. It is a personal atmospheric and observational aid only. Always rely on the National Weather Service, NOAA Weather Radio, Wireless Emergency Alerts on your device, and local emergency management authorities for watches, warnings, and safety decisions.
• CopyCrawler. Generated scripts and citations are drafts that may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and exercising editorial judgment over anything you publish or record. The app does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COPYCRAWLER LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless COPYCRAWLER LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Content Disclaimer

Our apps process content from third-party platforms at the direction of users. We do not host, store, or control any third-party video content; it remains on its original platform and is subject to that platform's terms and policies. References or links to third-party websites, platforms, or content do not constitute our endorsement, and we are not responsible for their practices or policies.

13. Content Reporting & Removal

We respond to reports of inappropriate, inaccurate, or rights-infringing content produced by our Services. If you believe generated content infringes your copyright or other rights, is derived from content you have the right to have removed, contains harmful or inappropriate material, or violates these Terms, email info@copycrawler.com with the subject line "Report Content" or "Copyright / DMCA". Include the source URL, a description of the concern, and your contact information. We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing the generated content.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You may stop using the Services at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
