This is the official support page for every iOS app published by COPYCRAWLER LLC. We're a small publisher — the fastest way to reach a human is email.
Email support
Write to us at info@copycrawler.com. We read every message and reply as quickly as we can, typically within 1–2 business days. Put the app name in the subject line so we can route it faster. This one address handles support, privacy and data requests, and copyright or content reports for all of our apps. You can also use our contact form.

Reporting a bug
To help us reproduce and fix issues fast, include:
- • The app name and version (found in the app's settings screen)
- • Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version
- • What you did, what you expected, and what actually happened
- • The video URL or topic involved, if the issue relates to a specific input
- • Screenshots or a screen recording, if you can
Billing, subscriptions, and refunds
All purchases and subscriptions for our apps are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple acts as our agent for billing, so we cannot view, charge, cancel, or refund anything on your behalf.
- • Manage or cancel: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device.
- • Request a refund: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- • Restore purchases: use the Restore Purchases option in the app while signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
- • Unsure about a charge? Email us and we'll help you identify it.
Prices are set in the App Store and may vary by region. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.
Privacy and data requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email us with the subject line "Privacy Request". Full details are in our Privacy Policy, and your usage rights are covered in our Terms of Use.
Report content or a copyright concern
Email info@copycrawler.com with the subject line "Report Content" or "Copyright / DMCA", including the source URL, a description of the concern, and your contact information. We review every report and act where appropriate.
